Trying to fix the three red light error on your Xbox 360 can be difficult and aggravating. Especially when you're not sure how to repair it. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some tips on how to fix the three red light error.


That way, your Xbox 360 will start working without any problems.

1. The first tip on fixing the red light error is to deal with the overheating of your Xbox 360. It overheats because of the ineffective cooling system. This problem happens to over 20% of the Xbox consoles. It's the reason why it has the three red lights.


2. Another tip on how to fix the three red light error is to send your Xbox back to Microsoft. They'll fix it for you at no cost if it's still under warranty. The bad thing about that is it will take them a long time to fix it. If your Xbox isn't under warranty, be prepared to pay Microsoft over $100 to repair it.


3. The best way to fix the red light error is to repair it yourself. I'll show you a video that will walk you through everything. It's easy. All you need is a couple of tools, the guide, and less than an hour of your time.
